The Open Water Course is designed to teach you
the fundamentals of Scuba diving, including becoming
confident with not only your dive equipment, but
also the basic techniques you will be using in
your many future dives. At the end of your course,
a PADI certification will be awarded which allows
you to:

The PADI Open Water Diver course builds upon the concept of performance-based
learning. This means you progress through the course by demonstrating
that they meet measurable learning objectives. The course’s instructional design
sequences these objectives from simple to complex, so you build upon previ-
ous learning as they progress. Attempting to learn something without mastering
prerequisite objectives can complicate and interfere with development and learn-
ing.
For this reason, you must satisfactorily demonstrate meeting
knowledge development and water skills performance requirements
(objectives) in your required sequences. satisfactory demonstration is called
“mastery,” which, along with sequence requirements.
This PADI Open Water course is for 15 years and above. For ages 10 - 14 years,
our team at PRO DIVE Bali is highly experienced and qualified to offer the
PADI Junior Open Water Program, to teach your kids in the safest and most playful way.
